1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of OneLine (“the app”), developed by Ailancer. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard Apple EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
3. Your content
Everything you write in OneLine belongs to you. It is stored only on your device; we have no access to it and claim no rights over it. You are responsible for what you choose to record and for keeping your own copies. Use the PDF export feature if you want a backup.
4. OneLine Pro subscriptions
OneLine is free to use. Optional paid plans unlock Pro features:
- Weekly — auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly.
- Monthly — auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly.
- Lifetime — a single, one-time purchase; not a subscription and it does not renew.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it expires.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app functional and may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We may discontinue the app or any feature; if a Pro feature is permanently removed, we will say so in the release notes. Continued use after an update means you accept these terms as they then stand.
6. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to circumvent purchase verification, tamper with the app, or use it in a way that interferes with other users' devices or Apple's services.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. OneLine is a personal journaling tool. It is not a medical, psychological, or emergency service, and it must not be relied on as one. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of journal data. Because your entries are stored only on your device, data loss caused by device failure, loss, theft, or deletion of the app cannot be recovered by us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside.

1. Sözleşme
Bu koşullar, Ailancer tarafından geliştirilen OneLine (“uygulama”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamayı kullanımınız ayrıca Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne (standart Apple EULA) tabidir; bu sözleşme işbu koşullara ek olarak uygulanır.
2. Lisans
Size, App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
3. İçeriğiniz
OneLine'a yazdığınız her şey size aittir. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bunlara erişimimiz yoktur ve üzerlerinde hiçbir hak iddia etmeyiz. Neyi kaydedeceğinizden ve kendi yedeklerinizi tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Yedek istiyorsanız PDF'e aktarma özelliğini kullanın.
4. OneLine Pro abonelikleri
OneLine ücretsiz kullanılır. İsteğe bağlı ücretli planlar Pro özelliklerini açar:
- Haftalık — otomatik yenilenen abonelik, haftalık faturalandırılır.
- Aylık — otomatik yenilenen abonelik, aylık faturalandırılır.
- Ömür boyu — tek seferlik satın alma; abonelik değildir ve yenilenmez.
Fiyatlar, satın almadan önce uygulamada yerel para biriminizle gösterilir. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple ID'nizden tahsil edilir.
Otomatik yenileme. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple ID'nizden tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman cihazınızda Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; ödemesi yapılmış mevcut dönem süresi bitene kadar devam eder.
İadeler. Satın alımlar Apple tarafından işlendiği için iadeler de Apple'ın kendi politikası kapsamında Apple tarafından yürütülür. Talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden iletebilirsiniz. Doğrudan iade yapamıyoruz.
5. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Uygulamayı çalışır durumda tutmak için çalışırız ve özellik ekleyen, değiştiren veya kaldıran güncellemeler yayımlayabiliriz. Uygulamayı veya herhangi bir özelliği sonlandırabiliriz; bir Pro özelliği kalıcı olarak kaldırılırsa bunu sürüm notlarında belirtiriz. Güncelleme sonrası kullanıma devam etmeniz, o tarihteki koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka uygun şekilde kullanın. Satın alma doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışmayın, uygulamayı kurcalamayın ve başka kullanıcıların cihazlarına veya Apple'ın hizmetlerine zarar verecek biçimde kullanmayın.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin “olduğu gibi” sunulur. OneLine kişisel bir günlük tutma aracıdır. Tıbbi, psikolojik veya acil durum hizmeti değildir ve böyle bir hizmet yerine kullanılmamalıdır. Zor bir dönemden geçiyorsanız lütfen yetkili bir uzmana veya acil yardım hatlarına başvurun.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan ya da günlük verilerinin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Kayıtlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklandığından; cihaz arızası, kaybı, çalınması veya uygulamanın silinmesi nedeniyle oluşan veri kayıpları tarafımızca kurtarılamaz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlandırılamayacak sorumlulukları sınırlamaz ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
